A Bit About Me
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds and have a particular interest in working with couples. When we feel confident in ourselves and our relationships, life can be a little easier to navigate. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to decrease discomfort and increase our ability to cope, process, and heal. With couples, I work to ensure both partners feel heard and to find some common ground.
