Chelsea Proctor

Hi there! My name is Chelsea and I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. In the past I've worked with a variety of clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have worked with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress management, low self-esteem, life transitions, challenges with parenting and communication, among other concerns. When working with clients I have an eclectic and collaborative approach to therapy; my goal is to choose therapeutic techniques and interventions which will be a good fit with the client I'm working with. In the past I have integrated client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches in my work with clients. I do my best to provide a nonjudgmental space wherein the clients I work with can feel comfortable to share their concerns. I enjoy working with clients who have specific goals they would like to work towards, however, I genuinely feel that anyone can benefit from therapy, and I would like to assist others in working towards bettering their mental health and overall wellbeing.
