A Bit About Me

Hi! I'm a counselor dedicated to helping adults and families navigate difficult circumstances, life transitions, and symptoms that impact daily life. My motto is "Come as you are." I value authenticity and prioritize building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I take that relationship seriously.

My primary therapeutic modality is client-centered therapy, but I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic theory. I'm particularly interested in existential therapy and exploring life's meaning and purpose. I integrate mindfulness techniques to emphasize the importance of the present moment in healing. I have experience helping individuals with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, ADHD, conflict management, and anger management.

I hold a BA in Behavioral Science and an MA in Counseling from Concordia University Irvine. My studies focused on attachment theory and boundary setting, areas I hope to specialize in further.
