A Bit About Me
Looking for a therapist who is honest, down-to-earth, and will help you become the person you want to be? I aim to focus each session based on what each person needs. If you are looking to work on stress, anxiety, depression, impulse control, learning new coping skills, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and many other goals; I am happy to be here to help you.

I have experience working with people who have many different symptoms and diagnoses. Whether you want to reconnect with earth, learn new coping skills, or work on past trauma, I'm here to help you do the work. I have personal experience training in EMDR, Nature-based interventions, CBT, and DBT. I continue to learn new modalities in the field.
